Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate National Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Female) with excellent communication and presentation skills to join our Sales team!

As a National Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for all sales related developments. Ability to work with cross functional teams, Flexible and able to work in fast and paced and varying environments. Well versed with PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, pivot tables, excel formulas and basic knowledge of working on CRM’s & Google Cloud based apps. Must have strong communication and convincing skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.

We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry standards, trends and various management systems.

Roles and Responsibilities
1) Primarily coordinate with Sales teams by managing schedules, filing important documents, communicating relevant information, generating leads (cold calling/ internet research, database purchase, etc), following up with perspective retail, corporate and international clients.
2) Provide after sales support to the vendors/retailers/distributors/corporate clients.
3) Handle orders online B2C & B2B marketplaces/e-commerce sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, etc.
4) Follow up with e-commerce sites to get business tie ups.
5) Follow up with courier partners for pickups (domestic & international) in coordination with the operations team.
6) Participate in all e-commerce promotional activities on a regular basis.
7) Strategize and prepare pro-active plans for special sale days like big billion days, etc.
8) Initiate marketing and promotions across company website and getting the work done from marketing, creative and technology teams.
9) Order follow ups with manufacturing team.
10) Preparing Sales Invoices/ Vouchers/ Debit Note/ Credit Note and maintaining all the documents on record.
11) Handle all billing related tasks with the help of accounting team.
12) Care taker of complete business/sales portfolio with knowledge of data crunching.
13) Accompany corporate sales team for pitching to clients as and when required.
14) Outstanding report of Debtors and Creditors accounts reconciliation and Correspondence with clients for the same.
15) Coordinating with the HR/Accounts department related to reimbursement and claims of sales staff.
16) Should have basic knowledge to work on financial budgeting.
17) Must be open to occasional local, domestic & international travel with other cross functional team members to pitch to various high value clients.
18) Other duties as advised by the leadership team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Experience of 2 years with a reputed Healthcare/ SaaS/ Food/ FMCG/ Distributor/ Corporate.
  • Minimum Graduation required. Candidates with MBA qualification will be given preference.
  • Leadership and KAM (Key Account Management) Skills mandatory.
  • Should be able to analyse data and prepare reports.
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.
